Amber Treshnell

In 2012 with a degree in Business & Corporate Finance and a 14-year banking career under her belt, Amber switched careers to focus on technology, loyalty and hospitality. First serving as Business Development Director at Ten Lifestyle Management where she grew the US business ten-fold and helped prepare them for their IPO on the London Stock Exchange (LSE:TENG), and then next, as Chief Executive Officer, Americas at John Paul (Parent: AccorHotels (EPA:AC)), where Ms. Treshnell drove transformative performance and growth across an even wider range of industries including banking, luxury, retail, automotive, travel, technology, and hospitality.

She loves the challenge of a turnaround opportunity however her true passion lies in helping companies grow rapidly, acquire market share, footprint, and discover new revenue streams, either by helping an existing company enter a new market, or by helping a fledgling company establish a solid presence; all backed by a strong operational and financial foundation, talent-focused culture, and an absolute obsession for service. She believes that a "concierge-level" service ethos can be applied across all industries, and that a deep level of customer insight paired with high levels of personalization, supported by the “right technology” is the key to scaling your business while increasing customer delight and loyalty.

Her most recent passion is Deep Learning and Article intelligence. For fun, she recently built a "bot of herself" using IBM WATSON assistant and deep learning algorithms. Amber thinks that Technology (including Apps, API's, AI, Deep Learning, ioT, VR, AR, bots and blockchain) can help companies become even more operationally efficient, provide a deeper more intelligent level of personalization and customer service, while helping employees focus on the aspects of their role they enjoy most.
